Guidelines

The Government has announced that they intend to allow all non-essential retailers “from department stores to small, independent shops” to re-open from the 15th of June 2020, as long as they are ‘COVID secure’.

We are busy deep cleaning the Dream Dresses boutique and arranging our space to ensure the required two metre social distancing is maintained.

On arriving at Dream Dresses, you will be asked to follow our instructions, which will include limiting contact with the dresses, so as to help keep us all safe.

This may all sound a bit clinical, but don't worry your appointment will still be fun!

When you make your appointment, it would be helpful is you could let us know the type of dress and style you are looking for so that we can prepare a selection for you to view and try on.

When you arrive at Dream Dresses, we will show you to our hot water and soap hand washing area which you can access without touching any door handles. We also have hand sanitiser available to use.

Please call and reschedule your appointment as soon as you can. Please do not visit Dream Dresses if you are unwell, whether or not this is COVID related. Thank you - this will help to keep us all safe.

We will show you the dresses so that you can decide which ones you like.

In addition to washing your hands, we will provide you with white cotton gloves to wear when touching the dresses. The gloves will be laundered after every use.

We will place the dresses you have chosen in the changing area, and remove them after you leave.

Once you have tried on a dress, and if you decide it is not for you, the dress will be 'quarantined' for 72 hours before it is placed back in the showroom.
