We’re located at the bottom of Norcot Road, directly opposite Reading Retail Park.
If you’re coming from the M4, the easiest route is via Junction 12 — take the IKEA turn-off. 

 Yes we work by appointment only to ensure a personal and intimate service.

 Between an hour and a half to 2 hours. Leaving you plenty of time to find your dream wedding dress!

Yes it's £20, refundable against any purchases, including any dresses ( including Bridesmaid dresses or any accessories) a payment link will be sent.  

If we don't have an existing appointment we may be able to accomodate you, however to avoid disapointment we ask you to book an appointment to ensure a personal service.

We recommend ordering your bridal gown at least six months before your wedding date — ideally 9–12 months in advance to allow plenty of time for fittings and alterations.

As tempting as it can be to try on lots of dresses at different boutiques, we suggest keeping your search focused on just a couple of shops. Trying on too many styles can become overwhelming and make your decision more difficult.

For brides with shorter timelines, we also offer a beautiful selection of off-the-peg gowns and rush-order options to ensure you still find your perfect dress in time.

No, we do not offer rental options for our bridal gowns. However, we do offer a selection of sample gowns that can be purchased at a discounted price.

Bring an open mind, shoes (if you have them) with the heel height you plan to wear, and underwear you’re comfortable being helped in and out of dresses with.

We understand choosing the perfect dress can be difficult, so we do allow photos to help you decide between styles. 

 Yes, of course, trying on wedding dresses can be hard work!

 Our bridal gowns are available in a wide range of sizes, with sample sizes to try on for both petite and curvy brides. Some of the designers go up to UK 30 

Yes, we stock veils, jewellery, and tiaras to complete your look.  

We work closely with a shoe company that you can order from too.

No, we’re not currently able to take in dresses, whether worn or unworn, to sell on behalf of others, even on a commission basis.
Unfortunately, we don’t have the storage space at the moment, but it’s something we may consider in the future. 

Yes, customisations such as adding sleeves, changing the neckline, or adjusting the colour may be possible. We work with a talented designer who can make these adjustments to suit your vision.

While we don’t have an in-house seamstress, we collaborate with a highly recommended professional who provides a personal service at their own store. The cost and timeframe for alterations will depend on the dress style and the level of work required. A detailed quote will be provided before any alterations begin, and turnaround times may vary depending on your wedding date and schedule.

 Depending on the designer, some dresses can arrive within seven days, while others may require a longer lead time. For rush orders, we do have selected stock available to accommodate quicker turnarounds. 

Deposits vary but usually start from £100, with the remaining balance due later. The exact amount depends on the dress and the final balance due date can be discussed during your appointment. 

We accept card payments, cash, and bank transfers. We also offer interest-free payment plans to make your purchase more manageable.
