Frequently Asked Prom Questions

 You will be greeted and shown around our beautiful boutique and you will be able to view all of our collections. You will be guided though all the different styles and colours available before being taken to your fitting room.

We are always on hand to help you look through the styles and will be happy to offer you help picking your dress or leave you to look through and pick the ones you want to try. It is your experience!

• Arrive at your appointment time. 
• Please come with either no or minimal makeup. As make-up that transfers can be difficult to remove from certain, delicate fabrics and cleaning of such may incur a charge 
•  If you have shoes that are around the height you’re planning to wear, please bring them along. Trying them with your dress will help you see how it sits and falls more accurately. 
• Bring along hair ties or hair clips as you may be choosing tie up back dresses 
• Please shower or sanitise especially if you’ve had a sports activity before your appointment
• Wear underwear/garments you will feel comfortable in as we may need to assist getting you in and out of certain dresses. 
• Be aware of jewellery that may catch on some materials 

 Yes we do ! We have a selection that’s available for prom, parties, black tie events, gala’s, captains dinners and much more  

We stock a wide variety of prom dresses. Firstly, our designers for prom are Hermoine, Ellie Wilde, Gurbani. The styles stocked are: ballgown, princess, mermaid/fishtail, A-line, column, corset bodice, slit, slip. Prom dress colours stocked are champagne, silver, gold, emerald, green, fuchsia, magenta, sage, lemon, pastels baby blue, baby pink, butter yellow navy, burgundy, black, purple, royal blue.  Yes, we work by appointment only. You can book an appointment via our prom booking system on our website.  

Yes there is a £10 booking fee, this will be deducted from the price of your prom dress.

 Our prom appointments last around 1 hour, we do ask if more than one girl is trying on prom dresses to book consecutive appointments to avoid long wait periods. 

Absolutely! To help everyone have a comfortable experience we ask for a max of three people per appointment.

We do understand you may have a few more people in your family that would like to come along, or no childcare is available. if this is the case, please get in touch before hand so we can do our best accommodate this.  

Yes, just make sure to book back-to-back appointments (2-hour appointments) so you can try on together. 

We recommend coming in as early as possible, typically between September and February, to get the best selection. We have a one dress in the same colour policy for each school. 

Our prom dresses typically range from £199 to £599 depending on the designer. 

Last chance to buy is priced at £249 and under

Clearance is £99 and under  

 Size range is from UK 0-28   

Price  to hire is between £50-£150 

 We’re located near the top of Honey End Lane in Reading. You’ll find our shop front facing the road, just by the IMO drive-through car wash. 

 We work by appointment only, appointments are available from 9.15am until 6pm.

Yes, we have parking.
Parking for the shopping centre/precinct is located on the right as you enter from the roundabout towards Asda.
It is paid parking, with payments accepted at the on-site machines or through the RingGo app.
Rates start from 50p per hour. 

 Yes, we take note of the school your daughter attends, and we only sell one design in that colour to each school. This way, there’s no chance of multiple girls wearing the same dress. 

Although we don't have an in-house seamstress, we have a selection who we can highly recommend and have worked with our dresses over the years.

We accept card payments (some incur a fee), bank transfer, and cash.

Yes we do! We offer interest free payment plans, individual  to each customer
